This blog is about people, culture, language and communication and the link there is between them.
Having lived in France for several years, things like strikes, queuing at the préfecture, drinking expresso coffee, not taking milk in tea just don’t change.
In the same way, English-speaking countries offer their own unique brand of culture and communication. This blog aims to give TEFL students some view of that world.
And since TEFL is not just limited to speaking English in English speaking countries but also speaking English as a lingua franca (common language) in other countries, too, posts about other cultures may appear here too.
